Dr. Boris Yim is the founding director of Scooter Technology Limited, founder of E-Scooter Limited and co-founder of Link Space Technology Ltd. He is the electric mobility device advisor for the HKSAR Transport Department and advisor of HK Portable Electric Vehicle Association. His company working on electric kick scooters graduated from a technology incubation program in HK Science Park. He has taught data science in an HKUST master program in data-driven modeling, and was a STEM mentor in an HKU program in business economy for space technology. He holds PhD and MS degrees both in aerospace and BS in physics.
