Doris is the Skills Lead – Education of Microsoft Hong Kong, leading various digital upskilling initiatives in the territory to help ensure the next generation have the skills needed to be successful in the future empowered by digital transformation. Through working with K-12 and Higher Education Institutions in Hong Kong, Doris proactively drives programs and partnerships with institutions to help prioritizing the skills agenda, curriculum, and certifications to support their students to achieve more in the digital era. She is also responsible for landing different educational campaigns and programs for students to inspire and upskill young talents with Microsoft technologies.
